4 Shipping Exceptions
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by international customs inspection, local postal system congestion, force majeure and other uncontrollable factors.
If the recipient provides wrong address, phone number or fails to pick up parcels resulting in return loss, relevant expenses shall be borne by the buyer.
